Treasury & Process Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance and Business Process Control team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support treasury operations while contributing to business process improvement initiatives across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient back-office operations, supporting process optimization projects, and helping strengthen internal controls within a global business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support treasury and back-office operations for MEU and related EMEA entities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with payments, receipts, FX back-office activities, and customer bank information maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support the implementation of approved enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in business process standardization and optimization projects across the EMEA region.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal control frameworks and reporting structures.
- Monitor and support outsourced operational activities to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and identifying practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and support governance activities, including regional banking and cash management reporting.
- Research industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting treasury operations.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of finance, treasury operations, financial markets, or accounting principles.
- Experience working within a finance department, treasury support function, or banking back-office environment would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders across different locations.

- Good level of secondary education, ideally including A Levels or equivalent.
