About Treasury & Reporting at Ayvens UK
Treasury & Reporting within Ayvens UK is responsible for managing funding and interest rate risks, banking and cashflows. Whilst also providing MI across the business and into Ayvens group.
We’re currently seeking a Treasury & Reporting Analyst to support the team, based within our Bristol based finance team reporting to the Treasury & Reporting Manager.
Key Purpose
- Monitor Cash Position: Use this to help manage monthly funding streams
- Oversee production of MI: For internal and external stakeholders and assist in monthly processes for the various funding sources
- Use funding and markets insight: To help set and maintain interest rates at the appropriate levels
Key Accountabilities
Cashflow
- Upkeep of the daily cashflow spreadsheet
- Monitor cashflow levels and correct as appropriate
Funding
- Assist in the management and administration of all funding schemes
- Enter new loans on to the relevant reporting tools and ensure cashflows are posted correctly in Finance systems
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on the Funding schemes
Interest Rates
- Ensure Interest rates are set and maintained at appropriate levels
- Assist with the management of the Interest Rate charts and COBF tables
Projects
- Provide expert support to various Finance functions through development and upkeep of existing reports and spreadsheets using SAS, VBA and SQL
- Ad hoc modelling and analysis of large data sets to inform ALD strategy
- Development of reports and processes to improve and ensure data integrity within the various Finance
- Assist with the development and upkeep of the Finance sharepoint site
Reporting
- Assist in the creation and improvement of the monthly Fleet and Orderbank Reporting to UK and International stakeholders
- Assist in the production of the Treasury Committee Pack

Banking
- Administration of current bank accounts and finance payment and DD solutions
- Assist in the development of banking systems/processes
Skills, Experience & Background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel to advanced level with experience of working with large datasets
- Experience in SAS / Visual Basic / VBA / SQL preferred
- Self starter with the ability to take the initiative and work pro-actively ideally with experience of process improvement
- Experience of Financial Reporting and and/or experience working in a finance department preferred
- Strong numeric and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proactive attitude with proven ability in taking ownership for resolving problems and queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines in a fast paced and complex environment
