The Role

As a Treasury Senior Associate on the Finance team, you will drive the day-to-day treasury operations while playing a key role in their automation. This position sits at the heart of Mistral’s financial workflows, ensuring liquidity, accuracy, and efficiency across global entities. You’ll own critical processes in Kyriba, from cash management to bank connectivity, and contribute to scaling our treasury infrastructure as the company grows.

What You Will Do

  • Manage daily cash positioning, concentration, and funding transfers across entities and currencies.
  • Execute weekly payment runs and serve as the primary contact for manual payments and cash reconciliation.
  • Own bank account lifecycle activities, including openings, closures, signatory updates, and KYC/AML compliance.
  • Participate in Kyriba's implementation and automation for cash management, payments, and bank connectivity, including UAT and workflow configuration.
  • Reconcile bank activity with the general ledger and maintain treasury documentation for audits.
  • Contribute to short- and long-term cash forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc treasury projects.
  • Support internal controls, guarantee management, and derivative/security data capture.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in corporate treasury, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kyriba, including implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Knowledge of payment rails, SWIFT/host-to-host connectivity, and bank KYC requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP and treasury controls in a high-growth context.
  • Precision and comfort with non-negotiable deadlines.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
