Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and meticulous Treasury Specialist who excels in dynamic, cross-border environments and is motivated by the challenge of managing liquidity, streamlining fund flows, and fostering strong banking relationships.
You should be analytical, well-structured, and process-oriented—dedicated to precise reporting, effective FX management, and ongoing enhancement of treasury operations and internal procedures.
What You Will Do
- Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, validity, and completeness before releasing payments.
- Work with international banks on banking-related matters, including opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts, tracking payment status, and resolving payment-related inquiries.
- Support administrative and documentation requirements requested by banks.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's cash and payment flows.
- Assist with treasury and accounting activities as needed.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and other finance-related processes.

Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, treasury operations, cash management, payment processing, and financial controls.
- Experience working with banks on payments, account management, payment tracking, and banking documentation.
- Strong ability to reconcile bank accounts, payment records, and accounting data accurately.
- High level of accuracy when reviewing invoices, payment instructions, financial records, and supporting documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve payment or banking issues.
- Ability to manage multiple payment requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with international banks, multiple currencies, cross-border transactions, and global teams.

Who Should Apply
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 3+ years experience in Accounting;
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail;
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Intermediate - Upper Intermediate level of English and Cantonese (written & spoken).
