Treasury Transformation & Systems Lead
We are partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Treasury Transformation & Systems Lead. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a complex, large-scale treasury function within an organisation operating sophisticated global funding, risk management and treasury operations activities.
As the Treasury Transformation & Systems Lead, you will drive the transformation, optimisation and digital evolution of end-to-end treasury processes, ensuring systems, controls and ways of working support the organisation's long-term financial strategy and operational excellence.
Working across Treasury, Finance, Financial Control and Technology teams, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery partners to identify, prioritise and implement process improvements, technology enhancements and strategic change initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the transformation and optimisation of end-to-end Treasury processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitisation, automation and innovation across Treasury operations.
- Develop and deliver Treasury systems roadmaps, upgrades, integrations and enhancement projects.
- Partner with Treasury Funding & Risk Management, Corporate Finance and Treasury Control teams to align transformation priorities.
- Ensure Treasury processes operate within robust governance, risk and control frameworks.
- Champion best practice and support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, process maps and control frameworks.
- Engage with Treasury technology providers and industry forums to influence future system developments and leverage best practice.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading Treasury systems, process transformation or large-scale change programmes.
- Deep understanding of Treasury Operations, Treasury controls and financial risk management.
- Professional Treasury qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems, ideally including FIS Quantum, Reval or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury instruments, funding structures and Treasury governance.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement, digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

The Package
- Base Salary: Up to £85,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary
- Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution of 10%, with a 5% employee contribution
