About the Role

Resolve Health has an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our team as a Treatment Co-ordinator. Part of Proclaim Group, we are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have been injured and/or are absent from work.

This is an office-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work from our office in Hamilton, near Glasgow. Candidates must therefore be willing and able to commute to Hamilton.

Job Description

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to improve the lives of our service users by helping to arrange the treatment they require to recover from their injuries.

In the role, you will be responsible for sourcing and arranging physiotherapy and psychological treatment, receiving and reviewing reports and liaison with insurers and solicitors. You will also be required to arrange specific diagnostic and hospital services.

Duties Include

  • Making and receiving telephone calls, managing queries as able and escalating when support is required.
  • Undertaking case tasks, setting next actions where appropriate and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion whilst keeping all relevant parties informed.
  • Prioritising workload to manage tasks and ensuring next actions are completed within SLA.
  • Contacting service users by telephone to inform them of their treatment referral and complete DPA checks.
  • Researching providers on the Proclaim Group network or confirming availability with external suppliers when arranging treatment.
  • Following compliance procedures and taking next actions to ensure these procedures are being followed for the relevant tasks.
  • Reviewing treatment reports, requesting clarification or amendments from suppliers and escalating reports when a clinical review is required.
  • Attending team meetings on a monthly basis.
  • Covering holiday/sickness periods for other team members and providing them with a list of all actions that have been completed and are required by them upon their return.

Person Specification

This position would ideally suit an individual with administrative experience who has worked as a personal assistant, medical or legal secretary and has experience of handling confidential information. Full training will be provided.
