We are growing rapidly and are now seeking an experienced, driven Dental Sales / Treatment Co-ordinator with a strong sales and patient conversion background to support our ambitious growth plans.

Role Summary

As a Dental Sales / Treatment Co-ordinator at Zental, you will be at the heart of the patient journey - responsible for converting enquiries into booked treatments, nurturing relationships, and ensuring patients feel supported from first contact through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries (phone, email, web, walk‑in).
  • Engage with patients to understand needs, introduce treatment options, and facilitate informed decisions.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face consultations, clearly explaining treatment plans and finance options.
  • Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and outstanding cases to maximise conversion.
  • Work closely with clinicians to translate clinical plans into personalised patient pathways.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Provide support at reception/front of house when required.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high‑end sales or customer‑focused role.
  • Proven track record of sales performance, new business development, and conversion success.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills - able to confidently discuss treatment choices and financial options.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional, polished manner.
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
  • IT competence and confidence using practice management and CRM systems (Dentally advantageous).
  • Positive, motivated, and commercially driven mindset.
