Our hardworking team is passionate about teeth, digitalization, and customer service. We're growing our London team and looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join us! ✨
🦷 What you will do:
- Be the face of Impress, greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines and expectations
- Engage and form a genuine connection with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
- Own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment, resolving issues for problem cases
- Track conversions, treatment starts, and clinic performance against targets
- Coordinate scheduling between patients, doctors, and clinic staff
- Support marketing activities, patient events, and photo/video content at the clinic
- Meet individual sales and conversion budgets
- Ensure a 100% amazing look and feel in the clinic

🌟 What we expect from you:
- +1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or coordination role
- Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus 🪥
- Team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic 🙌
- Goal-oriented, comfortable working with autonomy
- Proactive, eager to take on responsibility
- Strong communication skills 💬
- Fluent English required 🇬🇧
