We're partnering with a growing, premium private healthcare group to hire four Treatment Coordinators across their London practices.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who combines exceptional patient care with a strong commercial mindset. You'll be guiding patients through their treatment journey, helping them understand their options, costs, and next steps, while ultimately converting enquiries and consultations into treatment.

This isn't about hard selling. It's about building trust, putting patients at ease, and providing an exceptional experience while being commercially driven behind the scenes.

The role

  • Meeting patients following consultations and talking them through recommended treatment plans
  • Explaining treatments, costs, finance options, and next steps in a clear and reassuring way
  • Managing and following up on your own pipeline of patients
  • Supporting patients with high-value and sometimes complex treatment plans
  • Building strong relationships with clinicians and translating clinical information into simple, patient-friendly language
  • Keeping on top of consultations, follow-ups, and your diary to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Monitoring your own revenue performance and working towards monthly targets
  • Delivering an exceptional, premium patient experience from initial consultation through to treatment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
