Job Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Registered Nurse (RMNH, RGN, RNLD) to join our busy team in The Specialist Treatment Centre in New Craigs Hospital. You would be working as part of a highly motivated and encouraging team, who adopt a person-centred approach to care, always aiming for a positive patient experience.
The successful candidate will be motivated, demonstrate a commitment towards the continued development of patient-focused care whilst fostering a therapeutic environment. This position would suit those who wish to extend and develop their skills and be part of an evolving service that recognises the diverse and complex needs of patients with both mental health and physical health complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake duties without direct supervision
- Support and supervise work undertaken by registered and unregistered nursing staff
- Take charge in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse
- Promote partnership working with patients, carers, and other professionals/agencies in line with legislative frameworks, agreed standards, and clinical policies
- Supervise the practice of others
- Undertake mentorship/preceptorship responsibilities
- Support the Senior Charge Nurse in the ongoing learning and development of the staff team

The successful candidate would be an RMNH/RGN/RNLD registered with the NMC in the UK.
