About the Role

The award-winning Spa at Carden Park is looking for an inspiring and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our treatment offering, ensuring exceptional standards, outstanding guest experiences, and a high-performing therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the treatment area, ensuring exceptional standards of service, presentation, and guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the therapy team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing wellbeing support and development.
• Ensure staffing levels are maintained in line with budget and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with treatment and product brand suppliers.
• Coordinate brand training for new team members and refresher training for existing therapists.
• Oversee treatment stock management, including monthly stock takes, ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Support the Spa Director in achieving agreed commercial targets and developing the treatment business.
• Plan and deliver engaging and commercially successful treatment promotions and initiatives.
• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety within the treatment department, addressing and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Take responsibility for reactive operational tasks during Duty Management shifts, maintaining a strong front-of-house presence and supporting both guests and colleagues.
• Ensure all treatments, procedures, and departmental standards are consistently delivered in line with five-star expectations.
