💰 What You’ll Get
- £35,190 per year with annual review

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Work under guidance of a Lead Arborist alongside a Junior Arborist
- Preserve, plant, prune, and fell trees, hedgerows, and shrubs
- Operate a range of tools and machinery safely (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, aerial lifts)
- Respond to emergencies and maintain site safety
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused arboriculture services
- Support team best practice and ensure compliance with regulations

🧩 What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Arborist or Tree Surgeon (pruning, felling, planting, maintaining tree health)
- Skilled in operating and maintaining arboricultural tools and machinery
- Knowledge of tree species, growth habits, and disease identification
- Strong health & safety awareness and ability to work at height
- Full UK driving licence and trailer entitlement

Qualifications
- City & Guilds NPTC/Lantra Level 3 in Arboriculture or Horticulture
- IPAF 3a, 3b, 1b (cherry picker/MEWP)
- CS30–CS40 chainsaw and pruning certifications
- NPTC chipper operations
- Other relevant arboriculture qualifications desirable

- Positive, proactive, and resilient approach
- Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Committed to inclusive, high-quality customer service
- Willingness to undertake further training and professional development
Other Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Basic DBS check (arranged by us)
