We are looking for a Triage Specialist to join a global technology organisation supporting complex advertising and commerce products.
This is a highly client-facing technical role sitting between advertisers, Sales, Product and Engineering. You will investigate complex product issues, troubleshoot advertising technologies and API integrations, and help major advertisers resolve high-impact technical problems.
The role would suit someone with experience across AdTech, technical support, technical solutions, integrations or digital advertising platforms who enjoys investigating problems but can also explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end investigation of complex product issues and bug reports affecting advertising, commerce and creator products.
- Troubleshoot advertising technologies, APIs and integrations, including log interpretation and root-cause investigation.
- Act as a client-facing technical point of contact for major advertisers.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear, accessible explanations for customers and commercial teams.
- Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to resolve high-priority issues and urgent advertising campaigns.
- Manage competing customer and engineering priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Identify recurring issues and turn learnings into scalable SOPs and technical documentation.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new advertising products, features and changing workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
