Coordinator for Trinity Plus Programmes
Trinity College, founded in 1546 by Henry VIII, is one of the largest Colleges in the University of Cambridge, with some 720 undergraduates, 350 graduate students, 190 Fellows and around 350 non-academic staff. The beauty and size of Trinity’s courts attract visitors from all over the world, but the College is also a thriving, modern community, which exists to give its members a rewarding, richly resourced, and intellectually inspiring place in which to pursue their education and research.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Coordinator to support our Trinity Plus programmes. Working closely with the Fellow for Trinity Plus, this role is ideally suited to a person with strong organisational skills, an interest in policymaking, entrepreneurship and innovation, and a desire to work in a dynamic educational environment.
About Trinity Plus
Trinity Plus is the College’s flagship extra-curricular programme which enables students to explore diverse interests, enriching their university experience beyond their academic studies. At the core of Trinity Plus are the Entrepreneurship and Policy Programmes but there are opportunities to expand its scope to encompass new initiatives, for example in the creative arts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
