The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a TRT Doctor & Operations Associate to provide excellent patient-centred care in one of the UK's fastest-growing digital health companies. This is a unique hybrid role — part clinician, part operator — designed for a doctor who wants to go beyond the traditional consulting room and actively help shape how medicine is practised at scale.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make being a doctor here easier — for themselves and their colleagues. If you are energised by implementing innovative solutions, running efficient processes, and delivering high-quality, personal care, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Run asynchronous consultation processes for TRT patients — reviewing medical questionnaires, blood results, and clinical histories and responding within agreed turnaround times, without the need for synchronous video or phone appointments as standard.
  • Monitor and cover emergency and urgent clinical channels, triaging patient queries and escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide sick cover for the clinical team as needed, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
  • Prescribe personalised treatment plans based on clinical assessment and investigations.
  • Request investigations and refer patients to other healthcare professionals, as appropriate.
  • Provide proactive medicines information and education to patients, prescribers, and other clinical staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Operations & Improvement

  • Identify friction points in the clinical workflow and lead or contribute to projects that make being a doctor at this company easier — think: smarter triage, better tooling, clearer SOPs, fewer unnecessary steps.
  • Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to design and implement process improvements that improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Use your first-hand clinical experience to help evaluate new tools, services, or protocols before they are rolled out to the broader team.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the business in a broader operational capacity — acting as a bridge between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Who you are

  • A fully qualified Medical Doctor, registered with the GMC with a licence to practise in the UK.
  • Genuine interest in both the clinical and operational sides of running a digital health service — this is not a pure consulting role.
  • A structured, project-oriented mindset: comfortable picking up improvement initiatives, seeing them through, and measuring their impact.
  • Confident working independently and autonomously, with MDT support available.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate across clinical and business functions.
  • Patient-centred approach — clinical and regulatory lens always on the patient.
  • Ambitious, growth-minded, and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • A true problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
