Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Fakenham. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks to collect, transport, and deliver garments, linen, hygiene products, and other service items to and from customer locations. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods, completing delivery routes on schedule, performing basic vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant DOT and company safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate delivery documentation, communicating professionally with customers and colleagues, and representing Elis with a strong focus on reliability, care, and service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong truck operation and driving skills, including Truck Driving experience and safe Truck handling.
- Appropriate licensing and regulatory knowledge, including a valid HGV2 drivers licence.
- Practical logistics skills, including efficient unloading and loading of goods and basic vehicle checks.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to follow route plans, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety practices.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or service-based transportation is beneficial.
