Trusts & Foundations Manager | East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH)
📍 Flexible, based at any of our 3 hospices
⏰ Part-Time | 30 hours per week (4 days, Monday to Friday)
🏠 Hybrid Working | Opportunity for some home working
💼 Permanent
💰 £41,000 FTE (pro rata)
🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
Join East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and play a pivotal role in securing funding that supports children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families across East Anglia.
You'll be responsible for delivering income targets and developing a sustainable funding pipeline worth up to £2 million. Working with a portfolio of existing and prospective funders, you'll develop funding applications, proposals and impact reports, and support the identification, management and renewal of funding opportunities that align with the needs of EACH's services and the priorities of funders.

You'll also line manage and support the Senior Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser, working collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Care and Finance to develop funding opportunities and contribute to the delivery of the wider fundraising strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of EACH's trusts and foundations fundraising strategy
- Manage and develop a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective funders
- Prepare compelling funding applications, proposals and impact reports
- Line manage and support the Senior Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser
- Monitor performance against income targets and support strategic reporting

About You
- Experience in trusts, foundations or grant fundraising
- Proven success in securing income against financial targets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written communication and bid-writing abilities
- Experience of supporting, developing or managing others
