Salary: £70,275 - £74,000 (Leadership Scale 2)
Location: GLF Schools, South of England
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
At GLF Schools, we believe every child should have the opportunity to attend, belong, achieve and thrive. We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Trust Attendance Lead to drive our trust-wide attendance strategy across 43 schools, helping reduce persistent absence and improve outcomes for all pupils.
What you'll do
- Lead attendance improvement across primary, secondary and sixth form settings.
- Use data to identify barriers, target support and measure impact.
- Influence and support school leaders to deliver ambitious attendance outcomes.
- Shape policy, embed best practice and drive sustainable change.
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools and external agencies.
