Lex Exec is working with a leading London law firm looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into its highly regarded Trust & Estate Disputes team.
The firm has an exceptional reputation in the private wealth market and advises HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees, executors and other parties involved in complex trust and estate disputes.
This is a specialist contentious trusts and estates role within an established and highly ranked team.
The Role
The practice handles sophisticated and often high-value disputes involving private wealth, trusts and estates.
Depending on experience, matters can include:
- Contentious trusts
- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Estate disputes
- Trustee and beneficiary disputes
- Challenges involving wills and succession
- Court of Protection matters
- Complex family and private wealth structures
- Cross-border and international elements

About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with solicitors around 3–6 PQE who already have genuine specialist contentious trusts and estates experience.
You are likely to have:
- Experience gained within a recognised contentious trusts, estates or private wealth disputes practice
- Strong technical knowledge of contentious trusts and estates
- Experience of estate, trust and/or Court of Protection disputes
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Experience dealing with sophisticated private clients
- The ability to take increasing ownership of matters and client relationships
