We are exclusively working with a UK-based single family office to appoint a Trust Administrator as part of the build-out of its internal trust and estate function.

This is a highly attractive opportunity to join a multi-generational family office environment, where the successful candidate will work directly and in-house across a portfolio of private family structures.

The role offers broad exposure across trust administration, taxation and accounting, within a technically focused and well-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and estates
  • Prepare trust accounts and assist with income and inheritance tax returns
  • Support distributions to beneficiaries and ongoing cash management
  • Assist with HMRC reporting and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and correspondence
  • Liaise with advisers including accountants, lawyers and investment managers
  • Support wider family office activities and ongoing structuring work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
