Do you want to be part of something truly meaningful? At Astrum Multi Academy Trust, we’re on an ambitious journey to transform lives, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join us.

Founded in 2017, Astrum is a highly respected and growing Trust supporting pupils with a wide range of complex Special Educational Needs and disabilities. As we continue to expand our impact and reach, we remain grounded in our core values: Belonging, Ambition, Collaboration, Compassion, and Innovation. These aren’t just words, they shape how we work, how we lead, and how we support one another every day.

We are now seeking a professional, highly organised, and proactive PA to the Executive Team, a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership during an exciting phase of growth. This is a part time / term time only role, 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Cross site and hybrid working.

  • Belong: Be part of a supportive, inclusive community where your contribution is valued
  • Be ambitious: Grow your career alongside a Trust that is expanding and striving for excellence
  • Collaborate: Work with passionate leaders to shape our future direction
  • Show compassion: Help create environments where every individual, staff and pupils alike can thrive
  • Innovate: Play a role in developing forward-thinking practices as we grow and evolve

Our schools are currently based across the London Borough of Redbridge, with excellent transport links across London and beyond.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
