New opportunity for a Trust Grade Doctor at Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust with duties at Daventry Community Hospital.
The post includes active collaboration with local managers and professional colleagues in the efficient running of the service. There are good relationships with Social Services and Care in the community has increased the multidisciplinary approach to care.
Case Conferences take place regularly prior to discharge. Multi-disciplinary records are used for all patients. There is a full range of remedial services within the district and there are therapists identified specifically for Elderly care and adult rehabilitation.
The post is full time attracting 40hrs/week. The post holder will be accountable to the clinical Director Adult Services. A mentor will be assigned once the post holder is in post.

Duties:
- Full Range of Medical Duties at Daventry Community Hospital and reciprocal cover for other sites.
- Reciprocal cover should be provided for all study leave and annual leave.
- There is supervision provided throughout the weekly working, in MDT and ward rounds.
- There is a two weekly Friday AM peer group CME to provide internal CPD and supervision.
- Quarterly 1:1 with the clinical Director is also part of supervision.
