An Exciting Opportunity for a Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational, experienced and visionary Physiotherapist to join Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) as our Professional Lead for Physiotherapy.

This is a strategically important leadership role within the Psychological Professionals and Therapies Directorate, working under the line management of the Chief Allied Health Professional (AHP). The successful candidate will provide professional leadership and strategic direction for Physiotherapy services and the Physiotherapy workforce across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across a diverse range of services.

In addition to leading the profession, the postholder will act as the Trust's Strategic Falls Lead, driving the development, implementation and evaluation of falls prevention strategies across physical health, mental health and learning disability services to improve patient outcomes, reduce harm and support healthy ageing.

This is a unique opportunity to influence service development at organisational level whilst championing professional excellence, workforce development and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
