The Trust Safeguarding Officer will act as the primary technical advisor and operational right-hand to the Trust Safeguarding Lead, utilising expert knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) to triage complex queries and manage the Trust's statutory compliance architecture.
- They will provide agile, expert-level safeguarding intervention across the Trust, deploying to academies to act as the interim Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) during capacity crises.
- Managing multi-agency referrals and immediate child protection risks.
