Role Overview
As a Trust & Safety Regulations Analyst, you will support a team of regulatory and compliance subject matter experts by helping to track new and changing requirements, keep internal guidance up to date, coordinate implementation activity, and ensure relevant teams receive clear and timely regulatory updates. Recent examples include the European Union’s Digital Services Act and the UK’s Online Safety Act.
Our organization processes predominantly recurring subscriptions in an industry categorized as high risk. You will develop knowledge of the regulatory requirements affecting our products and services and work closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety and other business teams to support regulatory implementation, communications, launch reviews and day-to-day compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Track new and developing laws, regulations and regulatory guidance, and maintain clear internal Wiki pages setting out the obligations that apply to our products and services.
- Support communication between the Trust & Safety Regulations team and other departments, helping ensure the right teams are informed when new requirements arise, when action is needed, and when implementation work has been completed.
- Help start and coordinate regulatory implementation projects by identifying the teams that need to be involved, arranging initial discussions, tracking actions and supporting the development of appropriate approval processes and workflows.
- Support launch and feature approval checks by reviewing proposed launches and product changes against documented regulatory requirements and confirming that required reviews and approvals have taken place.
- Maintain clear records of regulatory actions, project status and completed implementation work so that stakeholders can easily understand what has changed, what is required and what has been delivered.
- Support ad hoc regulatory and compliance requests, including research, information gathering, internal coordination and preparation of concise summaries or guidance.

Required Skills and Experience
Must haves:
- 0-2 years of experience in a regulatory, compliance, policy, legal operations, project coordination or similar role.
- Ability to read and understand legislation, regulatory guidance or other detailed written requirements, with support from more senior team members where needed.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn detailed information into clear internal updates, guidance and documentation.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple actions and deadlines.
- Confidence working with colleagues across different teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal and Trust & Safety.
- Comfort using data, documentation and internal systems to track work, maintain records and provide status updates.
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience supporting projects, maintaining internal documentation or working in an online platform / technology environment is a plus.
