About the Role

Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet’s safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression — all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance

As a Trust & Safety Regulations Analyst, you will support a team of regulatory and compliance subject matter experts by helping to track new and changing requirements, keep internal guidance up to date, coordinate implementation activity, and ensure relevant teams receive clear and timely regulatory updates. Recent examples include the European Union’s Digital Services Act and the UK’s Online Safety Act.

Our organization processes predominantly recurring subscriptions in an industry categorized as high risk. You will develop knowledge of the regulatory requirements affecting our products and services and work closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety and other business teams to support regulatory implementation, communications, launch reviews and day-to-day compliance activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
