Appointment of Two Trustees
At Zetetick, our ambition is simple; to enable people with learning disabilities, autism and additional complex needs to have greater choice, independence and a home they can truly call their own.
Our work is about much more than providing housing. It is about helping people to feel safe and settled, to build confidence, enjoy greater independence and feel connected to the communities around them.
Today, we provide homes for around 200 tenants across Sussex, Kent and South London. We have grown significantly in recent years, developing our homes and services, building strong partnerships and creating new opportunities for the people and families we support.
And we have ambitions for the future.
As we continue to develop, we are looking to appoint two new Trustees to join our Board and help shape Zetetick’s next chapter.
Working alongside skilled fellow Trustees and our Executive Team, you will bring your experience and perspective to help guide our strategy, provide constructive challenge and oversight and ensure that Zetetick remains ambitious, sustainable and focused on the people we support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
