Home-Start Cole Valley is looking to recruit Trustees with a variety of skills and experience. If you have time and skills to give to help us develop, then we need you!
What difference will you make?
As part of our Trustee Board you will help shape the work we deliver to families and support the staff team in delivery of the direct work to families. All our Trustees are very important to us and we value the time given to support and enhance the great work already achieved.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for Trustees who can commit to leading our organisation and offering support, guidance and expertise to our operational work. Our Trustees meet bi-monthly in the evening and on occasion will come into the office base to support the staff team with their area of expertise.

We are looking for Trustees with a minimum of 3 years experience in a range of areas, to support us in our development. These include:
- Fundraising - we are looking for a Trustee who has excellent skills and experience of sourcing and applying for funding for projects, along with leading our board to develop a fundraising strategy as we look to grow our team and add to the projects delivered.

Strategic Planning - we are looking for Trustees who have experience in Strategic and Operational Planning to guide us in our development and planning.

Social Media - we are looking for a Trustee with excellent Social Media skills and to increase our Social Media content and following.

What will you be doing?
Our Trustees meet bi-monthly as a rule, but that may include additional meetings, at times. Our Trustee Board meetings are in the evening,
