Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What will you be doing?

As a trustee you’ll have an essential role in contributing towards the future direction of Mighty Kind and making a real difference to the world by helping us support charities and grassroots organisations already changing lives.

Next year, we're expecting to make some important decisions about funding and the expansion of our services, and the board will be leading that change. We want to bring in new, consistent clients and achieve a good level of funding in order to bring on staff and grow the team.

For this reason, we’re looking for trustees with experience working in charities that have just started out and are looking for direction. If you have worked in change management, even better! We hope the next few years will see some incredible new advances in Mighty Kind's mission.

Our board will have full access to the Creative Director and founder; we're looking to build a very friendly and relaxed environment, which means so much to us! We also want to hopefully build a few sub-committees that provide direction on our marketing and digital functions in the future, so there will be opportunities for trustees with a creative streak to get more involved in our communications.
