What difference will you make?
You will be supporting the creation of a charity that will be leading change and transforming the approach to volunteering across the sector to increase sustainability of the voluntary sector.

We are keen to recruit a diverse set of Trustees to provide a broad mix of skills, experience and insights to support the set up of the charity. We would very much welcome applications from people with professional experience in these areas who will be committed to helping the organisation achieve its mission and make a lasting impact.
- Volunteer Management – experience of attracting, recruiting, supporting, motivating and retaining volunteers, helping organisations build strong and effective volunteer programmes.
- Campaigning – knowledge of planning and delivering campaigns, influencing decision-makers, raising awareness and engaging communities to achieve positive change.
- Governance – an understanding of charity governance to support the creation of the right governance structure to support the charity.
- Strategic Development and Planning – experience of shaping organisational strategy, identifying opportunities for development, setting priorities and supporting long-term sustainability.

What will you be doing?
We're not looking for people to join a board. We're looking for people who want to help create an organisation that will make change possible.
As a Trustee for this new charity you will have the opportunity to help shape the vision, mission and strategy.
You will be supporting the creation of the charity, applying to the charity commission and helping to shape and develop what the charity will be doing with the ultimate aim of making it easier for people to step forward and contribute and volunteer.
