This is an exciting time to join the Trustee Board at Justice First
As we celebrate 20 years of impact and look ahead to the next chapter, we are looking to add two new Trustees to our Board to help support our dedicated team through a period of growth and change.

As a Trustee you will play an important role in helping Justice First continue to provide life-changing support to people rebuilding their lives in the North East.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking Trustees who share Justice First’s mission and values and can bring their skills, knowledge, and experience to strengthen our Board. We are particularly interested in individuals with either a Legal or Human Resources background with expertise in employment law or HR/organisational development, who can provide strategic advice, support effective people practices, and help guide the organisation as it grows and evolves.

What will you be doing?
As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Justice First by providing strategic leadership, strong governance, and support to ensure we remain financially sustainable and true to our mission and values. Working alongside fellow Board members and the senior leadership team, you will help guide our vision and priorities, oversee performance, finances, risk, and compliance, and use your skills, experience, and networks to champion our work and the people we support.
