Could you turn powerful stories of impact into sustainable income that changes children’s lives?

At Stick ‘n’ Step, we provide ground-breaking, personalised therapy that isn’t available on the NHS, helping over 100 children and families every week across the Northwest.

We’re looking for an experienced Grants & Trusts Fundraiser to join our passionate team and help us take our income to the next level.

🌟 This is more than fundraising.

You’ll be responsible for developing and growing our trusts and foundations income, building a strong and sustainable pipeline and securing multi-year funding that enables us to plan for the future.

You’ll take the incredible impact of our work and bring it to life for funders — showing them exactly how their support can help children become more independent, build confidence and reach their individual potential.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, giving you real influence and the opportunity to see first-hand the difference your successful applications make.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
