Our SEND & Inclusion practice plays a vital role in this mission by supporting children and young people who need a more tailored approach to learning across mainstream, specialist and alternative provision settings. Through personalised tuition, targeted interventions, exam support and bespoke mentoring, we work to reduce barriers to learning, strengthen engagement and improve confidence, attendance and progress. Bringing together committed professionals and qualified SEND specialists, we ensure learners receive inclusive, high-quality support that meets them where they are and helps them move forward positively.
Who We Are: North Tuition
We are a team of 5 located in the North of England. We take great pleasure in collaborating and embracing new team members, ensuring they receive the support needed to grow and thrive as they embark on an exciting phase of their career—after all, we have all experienced this journey! We prioritise open communication and believe in the importance of open dialogue, as we recognise that every individual's insight and idea contribute to our ongoing progress. As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people.

If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Matching new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
- Liaising with our clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
- Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and using clients in an allocated geographical area.
- Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
- Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.

- Are driven by a passion for the transformative power of education and tuition and mentoring, regardless of your prior experience in the field.
- Do you possess a strong ability to identify talent and effectively align individuals with suitable tuition programmes.
- Do you enjoy engaging with others and excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Are you able to adopt a project management approach and can logically navigate through various stages of tasks, plan, execute, and follow up.
- Do you exhibit curiosity and a desire to listen, gaining insights into people's backgrounds, needs, and goals.
- Do you thrive in collaborative environments while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
