About Reed Tutors
Reed Tutors provides specialist 1:1 tuition for children and young people who cannot access mainstream education. We work with local authorities, schools and alternative providers to support learners with SEND, SEMH needs, EHCPs and other barriers to education.
Our mission is simple: ensuring every learner receives the support they need to achieve their potential.
The Role
We're looking for a Resourcer to join our growing team, helping us attract, assess and onboard high-quality tutors and teachers across the UK.
You'll play a key role in building a network of education professionals who support some of the most vulnerable learners, ensuring we have the right tutors available to meet demand.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in education, particularly teachers or education professionals looking for a new challenge outside of the classroom.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attracting, interviewing and onboarding teachers and tutors.
- Building talent pools to meet current and future demand.
- Managing compliance, safeguarding and registration processes.
- Developing strong relationships with education professionals.
- Supporting the matching of tutors to learners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
