About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and support complex people transition, transfer, and bid activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, project coordination experience, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across HR, legal, and operational teams. You will play a key role in supporting workforce transfer activity, preparing high-quality materials, and helping ensure projects are delivered in a structured, informed, and commercially effective way.

What your days will look like:

  • Analyse workforce and TUPE data to support bids and transfers, building resourcing models and identifying key risks.
  • Develop high-quality briefing packs, presentations and reporting, providing clear insights to support decision-making and due diligence activity.
  • Coordinate project delivery across stakeholders, tracking actions, risks and governance to keep activity on track.
  • Draft and deliver people-related communications, support consultations, and ensure project content remains accurate and consistent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
