TUPE Specialist (HR Advisor)
Location: Near Windsor (Office-Based - 5 Days per Week)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Start Date: Mid/Late August or Early September
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE knowledge looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced commercial environment?
We're partnering with a leading national facilities management organisation to recruit a TUPE Specialist (HR Advisor). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team where TUPE activity is a core part of the business, supporting the mobilisation and demobilisation of major contracts across the UK.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll work alongside an established TUPE Officer, playing a key role in managing a high volume of TUPE transfers in and out of the business.
The Role
This is a specialist HR role focused on TUPE, working within a business that regularly wins and loses large-scale contracts. The volume and pace are significant, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, commercially driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing TUPE transfers from start to finish across multiple projects.
- Preparing and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI).
- Liaising with Contract Managers and key stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.
- Ensuring employee relations matters are accurately reflected within ELI documentation.
- Providing advice and guidance on TUPE legislation and best practice.
- Supporting the HR Manager with a high volume of concurrent TUPE projects.
- Working collaboratively across HR to ensure a seamless transfer process.
Please note this role is focused on TUPE activity and does not include onboarding or offboarding responsibilities.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' HR experience, including significant exposure to TUPE.
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role with regular TUPE involvement.
- Strong understanding of UK TUPE legislation and practical application.
- Employee Relations experience would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation, ideally where TUPE projects are frequent.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (minimum Level 3 required).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the office has very limited public transport links.
