The Job

The Divisional Turf Technical Trainer role is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the delivery and assessment of our global turf technical training curriculum to our dealer personnel. This will also include regional training activities, events, supporting the wider John Deere turf business.

You will
- Deliver our Certified Technician curriculum to our turf dealer network
- Deliver our specialized product training curriculum to our turf dealer network
- Support the execution of strategic sales and marketing training events and activities
- Mentor dealer personnel to grow their capabilities during their development journey
- Ensuring we deliver value to delegates, through your training & facilitation
- Be responsible for all components of virtual as well as face-to-face training delivery
- Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources
- Attend meetings, contribute to specific local, regional and global development projects and activities
- Be expected to travel for up to 30% of your time
Experience & Qualifications

- Clean driving license
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
- Industry experience is desirable but not a requirement
- Training experience would be an advantage
