Turnaround Requisitioner

Location: Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port
Employment Type: Site Based Full Time Role, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a Turnaround Requisitioner to support the successful planning and delivery of Turnaround (TA) events at Stanlow. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing material requisitions, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring materials are available in line with turnaround schedules and milestones. Working closely with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse teams, and our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, you will play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and successful turnaround execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising and managing material requisitions and reservations for turnaround activities.
  • Identifying long-lead materials and supporting procurement activities.
  • Using SAP and iPlan to manage material demand and maintain tracking records.
  • Supporting turnaround logistics planning and village setup activities.
  • Managing local turnaround material stores and supporting stock replenishment.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation to support audit, finance, and assurance requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material availability and delivery.

About You

You will have experience in a materials, requisitioning, supply chain, or maintenance support role, ideally within a refinery, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial environment. You are highly organised, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders whilst managing multiple priorities.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards and materials management processes.
  • Understanding of contractor management, permit-to-work systems, and safe systems of work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A reliable, trustworthy, and collaborative approach.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver against demanding turnaround schedules.

Essential requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects.
  • COSHH Awareness.
  • Manual Handling Awareness.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • IOSH Occupational Health and Safety qualification.

Please note, this role will require flexibility to support turnaround events, including occasional additional hours and weekend working as required.
