JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Controller 12 Month FTC
SALARY: £31,380 - £34,700
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

What you'll need
- Experience of dealing with Dealer, Funder, and Supplier payments
- Processing Manual Purchase and Purchase Order Invoices
- Paying and charging Employee Expenses, in accordance with Company policy including Staff Car Payments
- Maintain the Company credit card receipts and complete statement reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers and responding to queries
- Allocation of cash in a timely and accurate manner
- Experience of handling the Aged Creditors Control Account, including reconciliation
- Relevant knowledge and understanding in a similar role
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Strong organizational skills and works well as part of a team but can proactively self-manage tasks
- A proven ability to proactively plan, problem-solve, and prioritize, and ability to work well and quickly under pressure
- Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach
- Excel/PC literate
