As a New Business Engagement Executive, you will focus on new business enquiries, expanding our reach, and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You'll be part of the dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and driving new business growth.

Additional Experience
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Manage inbound inquiries to convert interest into confirmed orders.
- Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to present the advantages of our employee car scheme.
- Quotation & Follow-Up: Prepare tailored vehicle quotations and follow up with customers.
- Product Knowledge Expert: Stay updated on vehicle models and industry trends.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at roadshows and launch events.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with platform logins and the ordering process.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Customer Communication: Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
