Tutor of Construction and Tutor of Care

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Tutor of Construction and Tutor of Care on a permanent basis from their offices in Sheffield.

We’re looking for passionate, dedicated, and compassionate Tutors to join our team in Sheffield. If you believe every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, achieve, and reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re recruiting for two exciting opportunities:

Tutor of Construction

Sheffield
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Permanent contract
£26,807–£31,982 per annum

Tutor of Care

Sheffield
Part-time | 30 hours per week
Permanent contract
£26,807–£31,982 per annum, pro rata

Duties

You’ll deliver engaging lessons, support students to achieve qualifications, monitor their progress, and help them develop the skills and confidence to take their next steps. You’ll also play an important role in providing pastoral support and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

What are we looking for?

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent Level 2
  • A caring, flexible approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people
  • A commitment to high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
  • For Construction, a Level 2 or above construction qualification (trade experience preferred)

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. If you’re new to teaching but have the right skills, experience, and passion, we’d love to hear from you!
