Role Description
This is a remote, contract Tutor role focused on providing individualized and small-group academic support to learners across various subjects and levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
- Assessing learner needs
- Adapting teaching methods to support different learning styles
- Tracking progress
- Providing regular feedback to learners and caregivers
- Maintaining accurate records of sessions and outcomes

Additional tasks may include:
- Preparing learning materials
- Using online platforms and tools to deliver lessons
- Collaborating with company staff to ensure consistent quality of service
The role requires reliable availability, clear communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Lessons are delivered in schools, libraries, in the child's home or online, therefore you will need to be able to drive. Tutors are needed for primary and secondary roles in South Yorkshire.
