- Lapwing
- Address: Peripatetic role working across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, predominately within 30 miles of your home
- Salary: £28,253 - £43,347 per annum (pro rata for part time)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time possible over 0.8 FTE), term time only
- Contract: Permanent, starting from January 2027, depending on your notice period

Lapwing continues to grow and strengthen its peripatetic Education Team across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.
To support this, Lapwing is looking for highly versatile Tutor and Holistic Educators, working out of home, to deliver best practice holistic support to young people with special educational needs.
This role may involve tutoring/coaching in the delivery of academic, vocational, life skills and/or employability-based programmes in both a 1:1 and very small group capacity in local venues.

As a successful candidate, you will be an outstanding teacher from any age range with robust knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and working with young people with special educational needs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and creative teaching approaches.
The post is peripatetic covering education programmes predominantly delivered within 30 miles of home, depending on where you live. Mileage is reimbursed and there are opportunities for professional development and career progression as the charity grows.
