Active Outreach Services Tutor Network Expansion
Active Outreach Services is currently expanding its Tutor Network across Peterborough and surrounding areas, including Yaxley, Whittlesey, Market Deeping, Crowland and Stamford.
About Us
We provide alternative education, tuition and mentoring to learners aged 5–25 who may require additional support outside of a traditional classroom environment. Our learners may have SEN, SEMH, EBSA or other additional needs, and we are seeking experienced tutors and mentors who are patient, adaptable and confident providing engaging, personalised 1:1 support in person.

Role Details
Sessions may take place in the family home, school, library or another agreed community setting, depending on the learner’s needs.
Please only apply if you are comfortable working 1:1 with children and young people in the family home.
You should be confident building rapport, maintaining professional boundaries, adapting sessions to individual needs and working independently within an agreed support plan.

Professionals progressing will be required to complete our safer recruitment and compliance requirements, which includes identity checks, references, safeguarding checks and an Enhanced DBS check.
