TV & Digital Media Analyst, London – Up to £38k

Are you a data-driven Media Analyst with experience across digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis?

Do you enjoy turning complex campaign data into clear insights that improve performance and shape client strategy?

This independent, international agency is looking for a TV & Digital Media Analyst to join its London team. Working across global campaigns for charities and NGOs, you’ll analyse performance across digital and traditional TV channels, helping clients acquire and retain supporters for some genuinely important causes.

You’ll work closely with the agency’s digital and media teams, using Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and optimise campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your Power BI skills, with full training provided.

This role would suit someone with at least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis who is confident working with data but can also communicate insights clearly to clients and colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
