TV & Digital Media Analyst, London – Up to £38k

Are you a data-driven Media Analyst with experience across digital analytics, performance marketing, or media analysis?

Do you enjoy turning complex campaign data into clear insights that improve performance and shape client strategy?

This independent, international agency is looking for a TV & Digital Media Analyst to join its London team. Working across global campaigns for charities and NGOs, you’ll analyse performance across digital and traditional TV channels, helping clients acquire and retain supporters for some genuinely important causes.

You’ll work closely with the agency’s digital and media teams, using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Excel to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and optimise campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your Power BI skills, with full training provided.

The experience we need:

  • At least two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or media analysis
  • Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and GA4
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
  • The ability to spot patterns, data issues, and opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Experience producing reports and translating analysis into practical recommendations
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Confidence communicating with clients and answering campaign-related questions
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • An enthusiastic, collaborative, and calm approach

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
