RESORT: Wychnor Park Country Club
LOCATION: Burton-On-Trent, DE13 8BU
HOURS: 28 per week
SALARY: £13.09 - £13.22 per hour
Wychnor Park Country Club is a world-class resort and we are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Night/Twilight Receptionist. As part of the industry leader in holiday ownership, you will have access to a range of benefits, including use of the leisure club, perks at work membership, and discounted stays at other resorts.
Shift hours between 6.00pm and 2.00am. 3 days on and 3 days off. Pay rates will differ. Before 11pm - £13.09 p/h. After 11.00pm - £13.22 p/h.
Position will also require 5 weeks p/a of full night shifts to cover holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check in late arrivals and ensure a flawless experience for our guests
- Respond efficiently and professionally to guest queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard
- Assist and support the Receptionist / Duty Manager
- Provide world-class customer service throughout the guests' stay, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Perform night audit procedures and handle cash payments and float, strictly adhering to company standards
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience Required to Fulfil the Role Include:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and pay exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software applications
- Demonstrating enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a courteous telephone etiquette.
