Twilight Warehouse Operative - Washington, Tyne & Wear (NE38 8QU)
£12.80 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Sunday-Thursday, 15:30-24:00

Pacifica is looking for a reliable and organised Twilight Warehouse Operative to join our busy Washington warehouse. This role offers competitive pay, structured hours, and career development. You'll be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and dispatching stock, supporting our field engineers and customers, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record new goods received and report discrepancies
- Check returned items and record damages or adjustments
- Organise customer and stock movements using warehouse and courier systems
- Locate stock items accurately in their warehouse locations
- Pick and fulfil daily orders efficiently
- Carry out general warehouse duties including waste management and administration
- Maintain excellent housekeeping during and at the end of each shift
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE as required
- Complete training via Pacifica's Learning Hub
- Participate in quarterly 1-2-1s with your line manager
- Undertake any other duties required to support warehouse operations

Experience & Skills
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and adherence to them
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Computer literate
- Satisfactory DBS
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stock received before 10:30 booked by 2pm same day
- Other stock booked within 24 hours of arrival
- Bulk stock processed within 5 working days (volume dependent)
- Engineer returns booked within 48 hours
- Picking accuracy - maximum 1 error per week
- Fulfilment/dispatch accuracy - maximum 1 error per week
- Net lost items below 1% of pick volume
