Are you passionate about helping thousands of engineers deliver software faster, more securely, and with less friction?

We're looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Engineering Platforms & Practice team and play a key role in shaping the future of software delivery across a large-scale technology organisation. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, working at the intersection of DevOps, platform engineering, automation, security, and developer experience.

In this role, you'll lead a talented engineering team responsible for building the secure delivery pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud-native tooling that underpin modern software development. Your work won't just impact a single product or application. You'll help define the standards, platforms, and practices used by engineering teams across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
