Tyre Technician
Type of Contract: Permanent | Full-time Location: South Yorkshire
Job Purpose
Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone are now seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with an unquestionable hunger to learn to join our team. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor, the Tyre Technician is responsible for:
- Regularly inspecting our customer fleets
- Identifying, prioritising, and rectifying issues in a timely manner
- Covering the Huddersfield area

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week (permanent) and do not include weekends, as our team values their weekends. Technicians have the opportunity to choose their hours of work to suit themselves and the customer best.

Requirements
Essential
- A Full UK driving license
- Punctuality and reliability
- A "can do" attitude with passion to learn

Desirable
- An enthusiastic attitude and reliability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working to tight timescales and targets
- Previous commercial tyre fitting experience
- Tyre fitting experience (preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided)
- Ability to use IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
- Ability to prioritise a daily workload
